Terms of sale

Every item is made to order. You describe a design in words or personalize one of our family scenes, we draw it, and once you approve the preview we build the print file and have the item printed and shipped. Nothing is printed before you approve it, and nothing is held in stock.

You confirm that you have the right to use whatever you ask us to draw — names, phrases and likenesses included. Do not ask for logos, brand names, characters, team marks or real people without permission.

We screen every request automatically and may refuse anything that looks like it infringes someone else's rights, or that is hateful, sexual, violent or involves a minor inappropriately. A refused design is not charged.

You keep the right to use your finished design for personal use. We keep the right to use anonymous, non-identifying examples of designs in our own marketing — never your name, and never anything you tell us to keep private.

Prices are in US dollars and shown before you pay. Payment is taken in full at checkout by our card processor; we never see or store your card details. Sales tax is added where it applies.

The file we print is built from the exact preview you approved. We never redraw it, so what you see is what gets printed. Check the spelling, colour, size, artwork scale, rotation and placement carefully. A choice you approved is final and is not a misprint.

Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged. Damage, material misprints and items made differently from the approved order may qualify for a replacement or refund under our Returns & Refunds policy.

If something goes wrong, our responsibility is limited to replacing the item or refunding what you paid for it. Colours on a screen never match printed ink exactly, and small variations in placement are normal in printing.
