Privacy policy

Your email address and, if you order something shipped, your name and delivery address. The wording you type into the design tool, the designs we make for you, and your order history. Card details go straight to our payment processor — we never see or store them.

Photos uploaded for a family scene are stored privately, used only to draw your artwork, and automatically deleted after your order is complete. They are never used to train anything, never shown publicly, and never shared beyond the drawing step.

• Our card processor, to take payment and prevent fraud.
• Our printing and shipping partner, who needs your name and address to deliver.
• Our AI drawing provider, which receives your design wording and uploaded photos.

Nobody else. We don't sell or rent your information, ever.

We use only what's needed to keep you signed in and remember your cart. No advertising trackers.

Email us to see what we hold about you, correct it, or delete your account and designs. We'll keep only what tax law requires us to keep about past orders.
